Q1: Are your crochet bags and accessories all handmade?

Yes! All our crochet bags, outfits, pearl straps, hair clips, pet collars, and AirPods cases are 100% handmade. Every stitch is crafted by our artisans, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Q2: Can the doll’s clothes really be changed?

Yes! The crochet bag outfits are fully removable — dresses, hats, hair accessories… you can restyle her anytime! More outfits will be released soon.

Q3：How can I carry the bag—crossbody, shoulder, or handheld?

All three! Each bag comes with a pearl strap, so you can wear it crossbody, on the shoulder, or swap it for a hand strap.

Q4: Are your products good for gifting?

Absolutely! Our bags make perfect gifts — everyone screams when they receive one because they’re like tiny crocheted buddies. Gift wrapping is available too!

Q5: Can it be washed? How should I clean it?

Hand wash only! Use cold water with mild detergent, gently press-clean, then lay flat to dry. Please avoid machine washing or direct sunlight.

Shipping & Delivery

Q6: How long does shipping take?

In-stock items ship in 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items require 5–10 days of crafting time. Handmade takes love and time!

Q7: Which countries do you ship to, and how long is delivery?

We ship worldwide!
– USA: typically 6–12 days
– Other regions: shipping time varies by country

Q8: Can I track my order after it ships?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.

Order Issues

Q9: Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within the first 12 hours. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

We accept returns/exchanges for damaged or defective items.
Small variations caused by handmade crafting are normal.
Used items cannot be returned.

Q14: Why might the color look slightly different in person?

Due to hand-dyed yarn and full manual crafting, slight color or shape variations are normal — and part of their charm!
